NOTE:
- Dough Density and Mixer Size: Heavier doughs (like bagel or pizza dough) require smaller batches to avoid overloading the motor compared to lighter, high-hydration doughs.
- Maximum vs. Ideal: It is recommended to choose a mixer slightly larger than your required batch size to prevent overloading and ensure consistent mixing.
