This dough extruder machine is designed to shape dough into specific forms by pushing it through dies or molds. It is customizable based on production need and suits for making cookie, pizza, breadstick etc.

  • Dough Density and Mixer Size: Heavier doughs (like bagel or pizza dough) require large power and tend to slow the speed. Same is case with low-hydration doughs compared to lighter, high-hydration doughs.

    Robust all-stainless steel design available in single, double and triple head configuration to match follow up equipment requirement. Double and Triple heads are normally attached with Oven conveyor.
